It is a quiet and charming property located in 4th arr. District close enough to shops and restaurants, bustling Marais, and various metro stations and a large train station. The staff are lovely and great and provide an exceptional service. The breakfast is amazing and incredibly nice with variety of things to eat and drink. The location is great and unbeatable, as the hotel is based to many attractions & metro. Thank you for a fabulous stay;))

The location of 1Er Etage Marais is amazing, just a short 10-15 minute walk from La Place. It is close to many attractions and the metro, making it a great place to stay in Marais in Paris. You can easily reach Seine, Notre Dame, and the Pompidou Centre.

I had the most delightful stay at 1Er Etage Marais! The small, boutique hotel had a personal touch that made me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and soundproof, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The common kitchen and breakfast room were fantastic, and the staff remembered my preferences each morning. The location, right next to Notre-Dame, was perfect for exploring Paris. I highly recommend this charming hotel.

Located in the trendy area of Le Marais, this boutique hotel/guesthouse is a great option for low-budget travelers. the 24-hour free tea/coffee and ironing facilities are some of the perks at this hotel. the breakfast, which is continental style and served to the table, tastes delicious. the staff is always friendly and helpful, offering us tips on what to do in the area and how to make the most of our trip. one reviewer reported encountering unwanted bugs.
